Welcome to MintPrint3D (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website Filamints.com, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Use of Our Website

By accessing or purchasing from Filamints.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt our website’s operation or security.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if misuse or fraud is suspected.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately, including color and material details. However, slight variations may occur due to display settings or material differences. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including PayPal and GoDaddy Payments. MintPrint3D does not store your full payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mintprint3dstjohhns@gmail.com. Because filament is a consumable product, opened or used spools may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the issue is verified.

6. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing date by contacting mintprint3dstjohhns@gmail.com. No refunds are issued for a month already shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product names — is the property of MintPrint3D LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MintPrint3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Warranties

All products are sold “as is” and without additional warranties beyond those required by law. We guarantee that every spool meets our published specifications for material, diameter, and quality at the time of shipment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
